Please complete the health history form sent via email within 24 hours from the time you scheduled your appointment to complete and confirm your appointment. If it is not completed within 24 hours your appointment is subject to cancellation.
Cancellations:
24 Hour cancellation is required. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours you can/will be charged for the entire session.

**To have your appointment cancelled by the office, please call 562.283.5000 or email kdo@massagetherapy and leave a message(The time you call will count towards the 24 hour cancellation). If you do not leave a message your cancellation cannot be confirmed.

Reschedule -Less than 24 Hour Notice
- A rescheduling fee of $50 applies if the appointment is changed with less than 24 hours' notice.
- To avoid the fee, please provide notice to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
- This policy helps manage and optimize appointment slots for all clients efficiently.
No shows:
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show. They will be charged for their missed appointment.
Late Arrivals:
- Appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
- Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment duration.
- The therapist will assess if the remaining time is sufficient for the treatment.
- Clients are accountable for the payment of the full session, irrespective of the actual time spent in treatment.
- All 60/90 minute services are designed to maximize the benefits of the treatment.
- The duration mentioned exclusively refers to the actual service time.
- Undressing and dressing time is not included within the 60/90 minute timeframe.
- Clients are encouraged to arrive early to ensure a full session of service.
